Madeline Loren

With a head for business and creative problem solving, a passion for serving individuals and community plus an extensive working background and education in marketing, communication, negotiations and counseling, I embarked on a career path allowing me to combine all these things into one amazing role. I became a Realtor® dedicated to delivering exceptional service!

I work hard staying up to date on the latest market trends, area information and resources to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions. Diligent in details, and placing a high personal value on competency, I am committed to continuing education and accreditations that will benefit my clients in their real estate transactions.

As a member of a military family,  I am keenly aware of the many issues surrounding relocation. These are multiplied when combined with the challenges of trying to buy and sell properties remotely. With my “boots on the ground,” I choose and am able to serve my clients on a concierge level. Their testimonies express gratefulness at my handling a variety of things on their behalf and reducing their stresses in the process.

Time spent “making memories” with my husband, children, extended family and dear friends are my life’s most cherished moments. I am a wife to my devoted husband of 44 years, with whom I have raised 7 amazing children, both those born to us and those we adopted through the foster system. I am very grateful to have moved to North Idaho 12 years ago where I enjoy its vast beauty and all the area has to offer. When not working, you can find me volunteering in my community, riding horses, kayaking and paddle boarding, hiking, camping, or taking in the local pop up markets and outdoor concerts. It is an amazing lifestyle!

I look forward to connecting with you, being your “engaged” agent, and trusted advisor providing you with up to date and accurate information in a timely manner. Putting the power of my experience to work for you, I can help you achieve your “lifestyle” in North Idaho . . . because lifestyle matters!
